The legendary actor Rajinikanth and legendary director SS Rajamouli appreciate the king of the Malayalam film industry Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s film ‘L2 Empuraan’ after the releasing of the trailer of the movie.
While the legendary director who made the sensational ‘RRR’ movie called it ‘truly magnetic’. On the other hand, Rajinikanth congratulated the king of the Malayalam film industry Mohanlal for a ‘fantastic work’. The legends appreciated on the X platform.
Rajamouli wrote, “#EMPURAAN trailer hooked me from the very first shot @Mohanlal sir’s commanding presence is truly magnetic! Massive scale, stunning action. This already feels like a blockbuster @PrithviOfficial. Wishing the #L2E team a grand release on March 27! (sic).”
While the superstar Rajinikanth appreciated the efforts of the team by praising how ‘L2 Empuraan’ has shaped up. He wrote, “Watched the trailer of my dear Mohan’s @Mohanlal and @PrithviOfficial Prithvi ‘s film #Empuraan… fantastic work, Congratulations!!! I wish the team all the best for the release. God bless (sic).”
The trailer of the movie has a length of 3 minutes and 54 seconds. It features lots of interesting sub-plots. Having said that, the king of the Malayalam film industry Mohanlal stands out in the trailer with his rise as savior Stephen Nedumpally. The movie has promising cast including Tovino Thomas, Aamir Khan’s sister Nikhat Hegde, Manju Warrier, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Game of Thrones actor Jerome Flynn, among others.
It is also the first Malayalam film to be released on IMAX. For those who are not aware, the upcoming L2 Empuraan is the second installment of the ‘Lucifer’ franchise which was a mega hit in 2019.
