Which is actually a very popular dialogue of the legendary actor’s movie Aaraam Thampuran.
Well, now the sensational actor is stepping into a new field of cinema and that is direction. The directorial debut of the legendary actor Mohanlal Barroz starts rolling with the Puja today. The Puja of the movie was held in Kochi, Kerala and many popular stars and filmmakers including Prithviraj, Priyadarshan, Sibi Malayil, Antony Perumbavoor who is the producer of the upcoming movie as well and Mammootty were present at the function.
Speaking about the movie, it deals with a Portugese mythical figure named Barroz who was the guardian of Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama’s valuable treasures for 400 years and the same will be a 3D movie, the king of the Malayalam film industry Mohanlal also plays the lead role in the movie.
It is worth mentioning that Jijo Punnoose has penned and he made the first 3D film in India, My Dear Kuttichathan (1984). KU Mohanan is the cinematographer of the movie. It is believed that the upcoming movie will feature two Spanish actors Rafael Amargo and Paz Vega, and the movie was scheduled for shooting in June 2020 but due to the outbreak of coronavirus and the lockdown the movie was postponed.
Having said that, the megastar of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan took his official Twitter handle to wish Mohanlal for Barroz. Mohanlal also expressed his gratitude to the Big B for his wishes.
