It is officially announced that seven Mohanlal movies are scheduled for re-release in remastered 4K versions by MatineeNow starting in August 2025. The list includes movies such as Twenty Twenty, Ravanaprabhu, Kaalapani, Thenmavin Kombath, Hallo, Devasuram, and Guru.
Ravanaprabhu is confirmed to be released after Onam in 2025, and it is the second part of Devasuram. While the pan Indian cinema of the legendary actor Kaalapani will also be released, it will hit theaters by the end of 2025.
Thenmavin Kombath was another blockbuster of Mohanlal, and this cinema is scheduled for January/February 2026. So you can watch this cinema once again on the big screen in 4K resolution. Hallo was a comedy movie, and it featured Mohanlal as a lawyer. It will hit theatres in April 2026, and Devasuram for the end of 2026. Having said that, a cinema called Guru will also be re-released, and this was the first-ever Malayalam cinema that was nominated for the Oscar Awards.
